Eat your veggies

Zeus LOVES vegetables. I have NEVER had a dog who liked to eat fruits and veggies. We have not found one he doesn't like yet! Carrots are one of his favorites. He was being so good and patient! Love this little guy!

Woo Hoo

I love the outside.  I especially love it when I am not on my lead or leash!  I feel so free!  I just want to jump for joy!  I have a lot of energy, and I am a lot to handle...but my parents handle it well.

Mine!

This is my favorite toy of all time!  It is the best toy ever, (along with whatever else Maggie is playing with).

I keep my toy near me as best as I can, it's the very best!

But once in a while when I let my guard down, Maggie gets my toy.

I spy on her, I stalk her...I am VERY stealth like!

And then I jump in there and snatch it back, using my expert ninja skills.

After safely hiding my favorite toy, I tease Maggie with another toy.

Taunting her to seek my revenge!

And we forgot all about the toys...we love our boy!

This is a common look for him lately.  In this picture he is trying to earn a treat for sitting. 

The part I find cute is the one ear up, one ear down.  We couldn't stand the thought of putting him through the pain to clip his ears.  So cute, so sweet and totally a lap dog!

The Acceptance of Zeus

It has happened, Maggie's mothering instincts have taken over. For the last 30 minutes she has been "mothering" the puppy. Currently she is whining because she can't get him to stay still and lay back down, lol.

Hello world meet our new dog "Uncle Hey Zeus"

Hey Zeus

That's right we are getting a new puppy. Maggie will be getting a new little brother. His full name is Uncle Hey Zeus. Here in these pictures you can see Zeus and his litter buddy Dino. Also his mother Layla and father Boaz. Zeus should be coming home the middle of May. As he starts interacting with Maggie we will be posting more photos and videos. I swear dogs are born with some sense of what a doorbell is, even if they have never been in a house with one!  Our dog would bark every time she heard a doorbell...on TV! We didn't even have one then.  Now that we do she continues to alert us after the fact that someone is at the door...and with much excitement and noise.
